  • Improves communication accountability within teams

Enhanced Shift Note Visibility

We've improved the visibility of shifts containing notes by adding a dedicated icon indicator.

  • Staff can now instantly identify shifts that have important notes attached
  • No more need to check each shift individually for notes
  • Saves time and ensures important shift information is not missed

These updates focus on improving communication and visibility within teams, making it easier for both managers and staff to stay informed and organised.

Member time clock access control

With this new feature, businesses can now specify which team members are allowed to use their personal devices for clocking in and out. This provides better control and security for your time tracking system.

Key Benefits:

  • Restrict time clock access to specific team members
  • Prevent unauthorised clock-ins from personal devices
  • Maintain accurate time tracking records
  • Better compliance with workplace policies

How It Works:

(1). Access the member time clock settings.

(2). Switch to the "Specific team members" option for allowed team members.

(3). Save your changes - team members who are not allowed to clock in using a personal device will see the following message.
