The "Who’s Working?" tab now displays rostered shifts in a day timeline view, providing a clearer overview of your team’s schedule. This makes it easier to track who is working and when.
This view is automatically available for management-level accounts (Admin, Manager, Duty Manager).

Employers can now accurately track staff rest and meal breaks with our latest update, available exclusively for the on-site mode.
Go to Settings → Time Clock App, then navigate to Rest and Meal Breaks, and choose the "Log manually (on-site time clock only)" option. Upgrade the Timble Time Clock app to the latest version, v2.6.0.
The break details will appear on the timesheet entry timeline.

Payroll personnel not holding an admin account? Now, manager accounts can have the permission to manage integrations. This makes the payroll personnel's job much easier, especially on a busy payday, as they no longer need to request updates for payroll integration.
Staff can now see if they are signed in for their shifts on the Timble Clock App (personal devices), which eliminates any confusion about whether they are signed in or not.

By default, timesheets are exported as drafts from Timble to Xero. Now, you can set them to be automatically approved after exporting, eliminating the need to approve them again in Xero. To enable this feature, go to the Xero Settings and switch to the Configuration tab.
Fetch only current employees by default, with an added filter to fetch past employees if necessary, for easier employee mapping.

You can now seamlessly manage staff leave requests in Timble and directly send them to Xero (NZ) with just a few clicks.
Easily synchronise leave types between Timble and Xero (NZ). Simply map your leave types in the Xero (NZ) settings to ensure compatibility.
Once leave types are mapped, you can quickly send approved leave requests from Timble to Xero (NZ).
Review leave requests in Xero (NZ) before processing your team's payroll.

The capability to submit and view team members' availability directly in the rostering system. This provides managers with a real-time overview of staff availability, streamlining the rostering process for maximum efficiency.
Team abilities will be visible on the roster screen with a green background.
Go to Accounts → Availability and enter your available days or times, supporting bulk submissions.
Navigate to Settings → General, scroll down to the Availability & Unavailability section, and enable the option "Allow team members to submit availability."

Now, you've got the choice to send out shift reminders via push notifications. The system will kindly remind staff about their upcoming shifts before they start.
Navigate to Settings → General, and proceed to the Roster section for configuration.
Staff can now accept or decline their shifts using the Timble mobile app. If staff decline a shift, they must attach a note for managers to make necessary adjustments.
