We may use personal information provided to us for other reasons permitted under the Privacy Act 2020 (for example, with your consent, or for a directly related purpose, or where the law permits or requires it).
You can access our website without disclosing any personal information. Personal information will be required to use the Timble App. We may also collect information around usage statistics to enable betterment of the Timble App and/or our website.
Email subscriptions
If you subscribe to our emails or other notification updates you will be asked to provide your name and email address. If you opt-out at any time, your details will be added to a suppression list, which prevents further emails to your address unless you choose to subscribe again.
Helpdesk requests
If you require Helpdesk or other assistance on our website or via the Timble App, we may require your personal details for the purposes of responding to your query.
Social media
If you engage with us on social media, we may collect your personal details (if shared) for the purposes of responding to you or otherwise communicating with you.

Information published in the Timble App
The Timble App requires personal information, including but not limited to names, addresses, contact information, birth dates, availability, skills and any other employment details, for the effective operation of the Timble App. The information will not be shared by us with any other person except those you have nominated to share information with, such as but not limited to, in the case of a user, their employer or Account Organiser.
The information will not be publicly available.
We cannot be liable for the on-sharing of your information by those you have agreed to share information with via the Timble App.
Sharing information internationally
We will not share your personal information internationally, unless it is with someone you have nominated to share your information with.
Holding of information
We will only retain personal information as long as it is required for the purposes for which the information may lawfully be used. When you provide personal information, it will be held by us. It may be stored or accessed on behalf of us by authorised third parties (such as third-party contractors) to the extent that is necessary, for example for them to administer or work on our site. We will store and keep information secure in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.

Our website has security measures in place to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. In order to maintain the cyber security of our systems and information, our systems are subject to ongoing monitoring (including activity logging), analysis and auditing. We may use this information even if you are not involved in such activity.
