Crystal Payroll

To streamline your payroll process and avoid errors, you can easily export your ready-to-go timesheets in CSV format from Timble and import them directly into Crystal Payroll.

Here's how it works:

Step 1. Employee mapping

First, simply copy the staff ID from the employee profile in Crystal Payroll and paste it into the Employee Link field in Timble to complete the integration setup.

Step 2. Export timesheets from Timble

Once all timesheets have been approved in Timble, you can click on the Export button to export them.

Step 3. Data Import Settings

In Crystal Payroll, go to Company Settings -> Import/Export and choose Timble as your data source for importing data.

Step 4. Import timesheets into Crystal Payroll

To import your timesheets into Crystal Payroll, navigate to the Process a Pay -> Time & Income page, click on the "Data Import" button, and select the CSV file exported from Timble to upload. After uploading, you will be able to view the imported hours and proceed with your pay run.
